I like it. You used the noise as a tool, instead of just treating it like something to be avoided (either that or you added grain later). In addition, the turned head pose almost always makes people look good. I like the way your head it tiled forward. It gives the negative space in front of you a really nice shape. My only complaint it that I would have liked to see just a touch of color in your hair.
